| Welcome to my site. I am Sharon Logan, owner of eight older houses, all with character suites. My daughter, Cindy, manages 43 units for me. And my son-in-law, Jim, works full time keeping the buildings well maintained (the buildings are all about 100 years old). All houses except 1132 Empress (grandfathered in) are NON-SMOKING residences. I am registered with Smoke-Free Housing BC. If you want to live in one of my buildings, you have to observe this NO SMOKING rule. I accept all pets, but not all houses are welcome to all pets. Some houses accept dogs and cats, some houses accept reptiles and birds. We do this to accommodate people with allergies. Cindy has lots to say on the subject of responsible pet ownership. Otherwise you are welcome to view my Happy Homes, it is just that they are occupied for now. People often move from one building to another and current residents have priority, followed by ex-residents and people who have been referred by a resident. To reach us please call the office number first 250-727-2845. Our office hours are 8 am to 6 pm, Monday thru Saturday. Please leave a message if I don't get to the phone on time. Nothing bites more than running in from the garden just to miss the call. After hours and on Sunday, I may still be monitoring incoming calls. If you are having a real emergency, like your roof is caving in, please call our cell phones too.
