Beautiful! The front door is welcoming with a real entry way not just dumping you and your guest into the livingroom. The floors came out wonderfully through the whole suite when we renovating. This is a lovely one-bedroom. The rent is $1200 and we are paying the heat and hydro for now. Cats and birds are welcome here but not big dogs. Of course this is a non-smoking building.

Main floor one bedroom apartment. Separate entrance at the back of the house. The main living area and bedroom are a dark stained hardwood. These pictures are not true as to the colour of the paint. The main living area is a green now and not the brilliant yellow. The wood framed windows open all around. High ceilings fit bigger pieces of furniture. Bathroom has an entrance off of the bedroom and living room area. Kitchen was the original pantry to the old house.
It is a forced air furnace house so we ask for no smoking please. Pets are welcome. $000 includes heat and hydro.

Top floor bachelor suite. Modern kitchen area with 24” fridge and stove. Living room has rustic hardwood flooring. Very interesting alcove/closets. Sun-porch with opening screened windows giving views of Fernwood. Bathroom has shower with the rest of the usual fittings. Funky cat stairs for your kitty. No Smoking in this forced-air furnace house. Smoking is permitted outside only. Coin-op laundry in the common area of the basement. $675 includes heat and hydro. Since I pay the utilities there is a $50 charge for a second person but the place is really small so I wouldn't recommend it.
The place was painted out since the pictures were taken so the colours aren't true.
