This one bedroom basement suite includes in-suite laundry.
The rent is $750 plus hydro.
The heat is a combination of forced air and electric baseboard. While we doing the renovation in March, I never turned on the baseboard heat at all. Bonus is that the forced air is included in the rent. The other utilities would be your responsibility. The hydro is on its own meter. As a good pet owner, you are welcome with your pet security deposit. Non smoking of course.

Main floor two-bedroom suite. One super large bedroom plus smaller bedroom/den/office. Huge kitchen with built-in Ikea cupboards. Large livingroom with some stained glass work. Main bedroom is at the back of the house, off the street which is a very quiet culdesac. New laminated floor in the large living room. In-suite washer and dryer. Bathroom has a shower in the claw-foot tub. $0000. Pets welcome with pet agreement and pet security deposit. This is a beautiful character suite.
Sorry folks, the pictures I have added are not of a vacant unit. You will have to use your imagination to add your own furnishings. Oh yes and that ugly brown carpet is gone and is now lovely laminate floor in both bedrooms.
