Super sunny, views in 360 degrees in our oldest house close to Uptown.
The suite is approximately 900 square feet, but if exact square footage is important, you can measure it for yourself.
The suite is the whole top floor of the house. The stairs are steep; this makes it unsuitable for small children.
The two bedrooms are a nice size. One has lots of built-in cupboards and can accommodate a really large bedroom suite. The other bedroom (or office, or dining room) is large enough for a queen size suite. It also has a large deck and faces the front of the house. The deck is private because of the trees growing around.
No carpets. Lino in the big bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, and new laminate in the living room and second bedroom.
Built-in Beam vacuum system that is shared.
Price is $0000. Heat is included. The furnace temp is kept at 68/69. Hydro is on a separate meter.
About us - We observe the reduce, recycle, reuse motto. There is a compost box for everyone’s use. Sorry, because of allergies we do not accept cats. A hammy or gerbil in a cage or a small quiet dog would be possible. No smoking on the property.

Available September thru December or April. Perfect for a serious student. More like a 1 bedroom than a bachelor since it has a bedroom with a closing door. It is furnished but those furnishings can be removed. The lack of a bedroom window means that it is a bachelor. This building accepts aquatic animals only. The rent is $675 for a single person. I cover the cost of heat and hydro. You can share my 3-tier cable.
